I re- installed DPP anf everything is OK except to one thing. SpectraView creates a color profile but saves it in the hidden Library - where you click on GO and press the option key. I cannot acces it when I try to select Browse in color management page in the DPP preferences. I tried to open the privileges to all users in OXS but that did not work.
I know I did it before because I took screen shots and it was selected, Any ideas how to get into the hidden library with DPP? My OXS Mavericks.

I figured it out. You open the terminal un the utilities folder and type in
sudo chflags nohidden/Library/~/Library/
To hide it again. It is a good idea to hide it again after you have done what you need to do.
sudo chflags hidden/Library/~/Library/
I found these instructions before but the second library command was not there.
You can access the library via the hard drive and users folder.
