DPP 4.3.1 and windows 10

I instlled the DPP4.0 received with ny new Rebel T6s and it did nor work.  I an running windpws10.  Will downloding  DPP 4.3.1 correct the problem?

Go straight to 4.3.31. I don't know for a fact that it will handle RAW files from a T6s (since I don't have one), but I do know that it will run under Windows 10.

I don't have W10, and don't know what Desktop Mode means, but that may be your problem.

Desktop Mode is the standard Windows interface that dates back to Version 3. As opposed to the so-called "Metro" interface that was designed for Windows 8 (in order to make the computer look and act like a smart phone) and is grudgingly preserved in Windows 10. It's almost certainly not the problem.
