DPP 4.18.0 will not open on my Mac os using Sonoma 14.1

I can't open DPP 4.18.0 on my Mac OS which is using Sonoma 14.1  I have a Canon r7 for bird photography and use DPP to open the files of images taken using Continuous shooting with electronic shutter.  Photoshop has not updated to include the ability to open these files as yet, so I am dependent on DPP.

Have you authorized Full Disk Access?

I have no problems running 4.18 on MacBook Air M2 with Sonoma 14.1
