Hello.
Recently upgrade my Cam Gear to Canon EOS R10 Body. But after my first photoshoot session I noticed that transfering my photos onto my Iphone they are like white boxes in my gallery and I have to import them to Lightroom so I can actually see them (i thought something wrong my phone at first and call it solved for my self using Lightroom)
But the problem appeared on my Laptop aswell but this time in different type of “bug”
I took my Sandisk SD and plug it into my Laptop so I can actually work on my photos more widely i’d say. After opening one of the recent photos I just took few hours ago, it looks like kinda off centre (crop kind bug) in some of the corners over expoused with sepia kind of effect totally out of what it is in my Camera..
I also noticed that if I export a photo straight from the Canon Application as JPEG file it does appear in my Iphone gallery as normal photo should do.
Does anyone have faced that issue before and is there any solution to that and am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance!

I found the issue by myself.
R10 photo files are .CR3 that’s the main reason they are shown as blank white screen on my iPhone or twitched on my old windows 7.
I do not have issues opening my photos THROUGH Lightroom, if you guys read my post correctly I tried to explain and show the issue within the following photos above as simple as possible.
Thanks for the responses and all the advices but they are pretty much general which can’t help anyone if they have similar problem. Looks like iOS does not support .CR3 files before 16.1 Version. And I need newer version of Windows If I want to preview my RAW.CR3 photos.
The end.

Greetings killfame_s3,
Test to see if importing a JPG file from the camera to your phone using the Canon Camera Connect app allows for the gallery to display the image properly. In case it does then the issue is with how the gallery and photos app within iOS is able to display RAW files. Since not all RAW files are the same between camera models, Apple would need to update the app to be able to read the RAW files that are imported from the EOS R10 camera.
The issue is similar when downloading the photos onto your computer and if they're opened directly in Lightroom. The software may not be able to read the RAW image file correctly from the EOS R10 camera and an update is necessary from Adobe in order for Lightroom to read and display the image correctly. For example, please test to see if the RAW file opens without issues with our Digital Photo Professional 4 software application on your computer.
