Canon EDSDK : Issue - the system crash while downloading video.

Hi,

We are using Canon EOS 6D Mark II Camera and also EDSDK (Version 13.9.10.0)  for contolling camera using C#. The application crashes while downloading video.

This “Software” forum is not for developers.  It is for the application software that comes with Canon cameras. 

The last time I checked, which was a year ago, the SDK had not yet been updated to include newer cameras like the 6D2.

The EDSDK has been updated for support up to an including the EOS Rebel SL3. The compatibility chart can be found at the URL noted above.
