Hello,
I have a problem with the Canon Camera Connect app on my Iphone.
I have a Canon EOS M10. Previously the app has worked without a problem and I was able to import photos from my camera to my Iphone.
However, now I connect the camera to the internet and it works fine. It instructs me to open the app on my phone but once I do the phone does not recognise that the camera is connected. It says I cannot import the photos as my camera is not connected even though it is!
What should I do?

Thank Apple for the OS upgrade they recently released. That could be the problem if your phone updated.
