Hi
I am new to Mac, so please be patient..
I downloaded the latest zip file for solutions 28.1 disk and tried installing it on my up to date July 2013 v10.8.4 mountain lion MacBook Pro retina - no optical drive. It just hangs at preparing to install. Have tried all the suggestions including creating a new admin user and deleting a file in the resources folder as suggested here
