I am trying to connect my canon sx720hs to the cannon connect app on my phone which I’ve done many times. It’s asking me to login, I hit the reset password account and it keeps giving me a screen that says “error there’s been a problem”
I need to be able to connect my Camera to my cell phone wirelessly via the app like I’ve done many times before. I have attached a screenshot

For clarification do you already have a Canon ID, and have just forgotten your password?

Nope, same error even on desktop computer. this is very frustrating.
