You spend money on a camera R52 and the R5, you download the APP Camera connect and no matter what ID I use it won't let me connect. Hopefully, I don't have to buy this app to connect to these cameras? Now I have more Canon ids then I ever not want! If I was younger I would sell all my Canon camera and move on but that's not in the cards. So, my question I get redirected to Canon USA when I try to log into Canon Canada. Does the app Camera Connect work for free? I don't think it's free if with the camera I bought over the years as I've had the Canon 1DX 2, 1DX3, R5, R52 so you think the app would work? It use to work but when your in areas with no service it does sux! So any help on this would be greatful? So, where from here?

Can you provide the specific steps you've used and what step fails (both the steps taken in the app and in the camera's menus).
I'm able to connect my EOS R5 II to the free Canon Camera Connect app with no issues. I last connected it to my iPad (mini, 6th gen, iPadOS 18.3.2)
