CR2 image can't be edited in DDP

I am trying to edit raw images (CR2( and here is what I have on DDP. Any body could help here?

You seem to missing a whole lot of the screen display.

Does this appear for all your images?

What operating system?

Did you try deleting and reinstalling DPP?

Indeed it seems I am missing a lot, I am on window 10. I'll try to reinstall it this and see how this goes.
