CANON EOS 30D and Utility V3 - CAMERA NOT REOGNIZED

Hi,

I recently downloaded EOS Utility 3. Whenever I connect my CANON EOS 30D onto my MAC and open the EOS Utilty 3 - it says "camera not recognized". How do I fix this? Thank you

I don't believe the 30D is supported by EOS Utility.

Definitely not by EOSU3, and in the notes for EOSU2 the 30D is not listed.

Does Canon still offer an earlier version of EOS Utility for download that you could try installing? This also assumes that it is compatible with your operating system, which might potentially be to new.

There was a EU2.9. It was in the W7 download section but disappeared in the W8 download area.

I didn't check macOS.
