60D EOS Utility download not available

I have a new computer running Windows 11. When I visited the Canon site to download the EOS Utility it is not listed. I don't have the old CD. When I typed in Windows 8 version (instead of Windows 11) the EOS Utility 2.14.20a shows up but it won't let me download. It says put in CD. Is there a way to download the EOS Utility for Windows 11?
