i got these off ebay for $50 each. they look nothing like my other lpe6p batteries and the packaging is different from others i bought. i can't find any any pictures of these online. they seem to work when i put it in my camera r5 II

If they were marked new and arrived like that, they are clearly used. I'm sure with the pictures you have., you'll be able to get a return and prove the condition was not accurately represented.

They’re most certainly grey market batteries, and used ones at that. On the back of the box it says “For PR.C Only”. That means they were meant to be only sold in the Peoples Republic of China.
You should be able to get a refund as they were clearly misrepresented.
