Hot shoe cover for EOS R5

Hi everyone.

Would like to ask if the Canon ER-SC1 hot shoe cover (originaly for R3) and/or the Canon ER-SC3 hot shoe cover (originaly for R5 MkII and R1) will fit the EOS R5.

No it was specifically designed for multi function hot shoe cameras. If you’re talking about the original EOS R5 it did not come with a hot shoe cover.

Yes, I know the R5 does not come with one, my question was if any of the two will fit properly in the R5 aswell.

No because the hot shoes are physically different making them incompatible.

Most standard hot shoe covers for for DSLRs will also fit the R5.  Third party options also exist.
