EOS Rebel T6i Accessory Recommendations for a Documentary

Hello hello, I am looking for advice on a microphone, gimbal, and/ or ways to improve my video quality. Attempting to work with a non profit camp and use my Canon T6i to help film some documentary type interview videos. I know t6i isn’t the very best but trying to use what I have and keep the accessories in budget

Do you need to film long, continous shots over 30 minutes? If so, you'll find that the T6i, like many other cameras around that time will have a hard limit of 30 minutes.

If you'll be capturing shorter clips, then adding an external microphone can be a great way to improve audio.
