Hello, I have a Canon 6D Mark II that uses a LP E6N battery and charger. When I plug the battery into the charger it will be red for about a minute and then turn green. But when I take the battery out of the charger and put it into my camera, the camera will not turn on as it should and instead shows a picture of a battery outline flashing. I bought a new charger and the same issue occurs. Has this happened for you and what is the solution? Is there another way to charge if the chargers don't work properly? I have tried contacting canon and cannot get in touch with an agent to resolve this issue.
Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Is this battery the one you got with your camera. If your battery is fully charged and in good condition it should not take a minute to go green again if taken off and put back on the charger.
I would first suggest having the battery tested on another camera to see if that is your problem. The battery may have a fault.
cheers, TREVOR

Yes it is the battery that came with the camera. I have put it to charge multiple times because it kept saying it was uncharged when I put it into my Canon 6D Mark II which is my only camera. Thank you I agree it may be the battery.
