I have a Canon control mount ring adapter programmed for aperture. After about 5 min with camera on the ring stops working. I have to twist off and on the lens or the mount to start working again. I have noticed that sometimes even if I do lens twist it still does not work and I have to do mount connection.
i have checked connection points and all look great with no hindrance.
I believe that I have issue with ring mount adapter but wanted to ask forum before opening ip a warranty claim on adaptor.

Hi hombrevg,
Which camera are you using the adapter with and what firmware is your camera running?

Greetings,
It may also be helpful to know what lens the adapter and body are being used with?
