Best universal lens covers??

I ordered a rokinon 10mm f2.8 wide angle  lens and when it showed up, the the wide angle lens cover was broken and won't stay on the lens now, pick it, it falls off. So I'm trying to find out what people might be using for a reliable cover for this lens. I also have a tameron 28-300 zoom lens also, so I would like a universal 2 pack or something to fit these 2 lenses if possible, but if not, that's OK too. The tameron does have a lens cap but I don't like the pinch style as I use my camera mostly out on our front deck and I ALWAYS drop it and it goes right down the cracks, lol, so no pinch style please. Thanks.

I think the best place to start Is here.  I suggest you not buy broken gear.  You might be getting something that was used or mistreated.  Something that wasn't packaged or shipped properly.  Buying broken stuff is not a recipe for success.

The lens itself is GREAT. The way it was packed was NO WAY it could have broke during shipping, so it was put in the bag that way, with one if the broken tabs. I contacted them, they offered 20$ refund and haven't heard back. I guess I will be writing my review for them today. But like I said, lens works GREAT, so far.

Back in the 80's a lot of my friends used a tether with a little stick on thingy.  I never had an issue keeping track of my caps so I never used one, but some like them.
