Xf100 wont turn on

Hi.
I have an xf100 it turned on when i got it. Havent used it for a while and now it wont turn on.
I have charged the battery and it just doesnt turn over. Only turns on woth the power chord attached! Please help

If the unit powers on with the power cord attached, then this issue may be related to the battery.  It may be worth a try to change out the battery for a different one.  If the issues persist past that, we recommend sending your unit in for service.

Thanks for that. Picking up a new battery today so we will see how that goes.
