I have a Vixia HF200 that I've not used in a while. I can't find the driver disk for it. It still works find. I am trying to connect it to my computer that is running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, but my computer doesn't seem to recognize the camera. Does anyone know how I can get software so that I connect the camera to my computer, preferably something that is free or low-cost? Thank you.

Hi cocovation,
The connection should not require software in order to transfer your clips, but there are a couple things to make sure of. First, please be sure you are using a USB cable rather than HDMI to the computer. Second, please make sure the camera is in media mode. If the USB cable and ports are working, and the power is on in media mode, you should be able to acces the SD card clips through Windows File Explorer. You can also put the SD card in a USB SD card reader and read everything on the card as if it were a USB flash drive, removing any potential software or USB cable variables.
