My Vixia camera is on a full charge, chimes when the viewer is opened, but the screen won't come on. The green light on the back is constantly on. I let all the power drain out of it then charged it. Same result.
As far as I know, the camera was not dropped. (I teach a filming class and this is one of several cameras we have. Never seen this happen to one of the Vixia camcorders before).
