Hello. I have an old Vixia HFS10 that was given to us as a gift for our first child's birth back in 2010. I have never used a memory card with it so all of the videos are on the hard drive of the camera. It recorded our child rolling over, eating solids, walking, and pretty much every milestone from their childhood. I am trying to get the videos off the camera and onto my laptop, but the software CD that came with the camera is obviously outdated and my Mac doesn't seem to want to cooperate. What do I need to do to get these videos off the camera so I can save them? I appreciate any help!

I see two options:
Copy the movies to an SD card:
2: Get an HDMI capture device for the Mac.
