Need help trying to fix Canon Vixia HF G20. Picture is blurry and unable to focus, neither manually or automatic. Not sure if this is an issue with the lens or something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Duanebk,
If the lens surface or Instant AF sensor is dirty, autofocus may not work properly. Remove any dust or dirt particles using a non-aerosol type blower brush. You can also use a clean, soft lens cleaning cloth to gently wipe the lens. Let's try resetting the camcorder. You can press the [RESET] button located just behind the LCD screen's hinge with a pointed object to reset all of the camcorder's settings to defaults. If the focusing issues still persist, then the camcorder should be sent to a service center for evaluation.
