Canon VIXIA HF S21 - Firmware Download Link not working.

select Operating System Windows and Version Windows 8.1(x64)

I am trying to download Firmware Update Version 1.0.1.0

but the download link is dead:

The link to the procedures is also dead:

Can somebody recover this file, or send me a link to one, any help greatly appreciated.
