I have a PIXMA MX459 and it will not display ink levels. I tried printing a paper recently and it printed in BW despite my printer saying my color cartrige was full. I also checked the printer settings and BW was not selected for printing.
I followed these steps except for my MX459 and it didnt work. It says that a cartridge cannot be read and both are low but the unit says it cannot find a color cartridge which is correct. I only have black installed. Is there a work around? I only ha...
I am using Canon ink and i got the printer to print color but cartridges still will not display on screen. They do show on the printers small screen though.
