The CanoScan 9000F has a horrific software interface, and Canon has indicated no interest in improving the platform. My best advice is to toss the device and buy a real scanner from Epson, HP, or Visioneer.
Aweful -- just aweful. The software acompanying the CanoScan 8000F Mark II is nearly unusable. The quality of scans is not relevant if you cant effectivly initiat a scan and save it in the location and format you prefere. I highly recommomend avoidin...
It does not appear this question was ever answered. I'm running Windows 10 and continue to have this problem. I have changed the default save folder to a new folder but scanned images persist to be saved to My Documents. Please advise.
