the mf8280cw is not allowing me to change paper size on the multi-purpose tray. It doesn't let me have any options to change the paper setting. On drawer 1 it will give me an option to change.
I have a mf8280cw. It is not printing the correct size of envelope that was selected. I have selected the correct size on my computer and on the printer.
