hi, please help me i have canon lide 110 there is grayish image on my scan. i have cleaned the glass but still there is grayish image appearing on my scan. Below is the sample image. Thanks you for helping.

I tried to calibrate but still the problem exists. Also i have another problem, my scanning was cut.
