Dropbox Targetfolder in EOS Utility not accepted

Hi, i'm trying to install the EOS Utiliy 2.4 for Win7 64. The targetfolder should be a Dropbox folder, but the Utility is not accepting this folder as  storage location. "Invalid folder". Can someone help?
