I hae a Color Image Class MF8500C printer. When I try to print, it says "printer in error state". I've had the printer for awhile now and never had any issues. Nothing has changed.
When I attempt to print with the color image class MF8500C, it give a message that says "printer is in error state"...No other codes...Nothing has changed in my set up. The printer worked until just a few days ago.
