My Canon MG7520 has lines 1/4 inch apart in the output when printing black. Other colors are ok.

When I print a picture that has any black in it, the black contains lines 1/4 inch apart. All other colors print just fine. I have replaced all ink cartidges with Canon brand. The printer is less than 1 year old and has done this since day 1. I h...
