mp970 prints 1 inch then nothing

Any ideas? I just replaced the printhead with new and that curted previous stipey prints problem. Cleaned and deep-cleaned nozzles, cleaned bottom plate. Seems to print say 2 inches after standing for a while.

MP970 false Error message - 'The paper is jammed'

MP970 Error message - 'The paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press OK' but there's nothing in the paper path. Any suggestions?
