How to install EOS solution disk in English language?

How to install EOS solution disk ver.29.1 in English language?My computer automatically set it in Japanese.I tried to download the software from canon USA and canon UK, again my computer still set it to Japanese.

Operating system is windows 10. Language is Japanese and English. Basically, Japanese.
