I have a Canon i9900 and when I ask for a color test, I can not see the colors from group one,changed print head and still cannot see the colors!Can anyone tell me what I can do??? Thank you.
I have a canon 19900 and cannot print any colors from 1 group.Have changef printhead twice and still same problem.Can anyone tell me what could be my problem ?Thank you.Andre
