Hello: I need help getting my Canon MP41DHII calculator to print darker. I have changed the ribbon but that doesn't help. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Hi Steve: The cartridges are fairly new. They are a generic brand (DataProducts). I looked for "Canon" cartridges but couldn't find them. Thanks for your response.
