Thanks. With a bit of fiddling I manged to get it to print on glossy photo paper but only on one side. It jammed when I tried to print on both sides! Progress of a sort. Best regards, Chris
I have an MG6853 that will not print on glossy photo paper. It thinks the tray is empty. I have tried setting as plain paper but to no avail. Any ideas please?
