How to add scanned pages to existing pdf with canon dr-c225

I have a dr-c225w scanner. It is replacing a dr-2580c which worked great for 10 years I need to add scanned pages to existing pdf files which the old machine did easily Cant seem to find how to do this with this machine Any ideas TIA Robert
