How to connect g5x to LG G3 smartphone

My new G5x will not connect to my LG 3G smartphone, I have installed camera connect version 1.3.10.21. Just get the message on the phone saying "Camera not connected operate camera to establish connection"

I've got it sorted, I hadn't turned the camera wifi on. I found out that the camera does not have to be in contact with the phone close to it is fine.
