My printer/scanner MX330 says it has no paper when it does,

I need help with my cannon MX330, it keeps saying it has no paper when it does and then it says its jammed.

Good afternoon, did as it was said and the machine still says there is no paper even though there is paper in the machine. Turned off the machine, there was nothing in the tray. Please provide any other solution.
