Image class purchases in 2024. Replaced black toner for the first time and now everything prints super dark and is unreadable.Ran all the maintenance steps.Did Firmware updateMicrosoft windows 10.0.19045 build 19045
OK I took all the cartridges out and put them all back in with the new black cartridge. I powered off and back on and then re-ran the color adjustments. It seems to have resolved the problem. Thank you for your help!
