Canon C2220l Unwanted White spot on printing colors. and No ICC Profile!

Our company bought new Canon IR Advance C2220l, But we are now facing a lot of problems like color mismatch, unwanted white spot in full color printing in 180grams paper and there is no ICC profile to choose paper type before printing. Please help.
