PIXMA MG5220. While changing ink got error code C000. Tried turning off and on. Still not working.

I was changing the ink when I got an error code C000. It said to turn the printer off, then on, and if it still didn't work read the manual. The manual does not refernce this error code. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
