When i select s file in -image Garden - to convert using OCR and right click, the OCR function in the drop down is grayed out. What is the prblem?

I have a Canon mx922 all-in-one printer. When using - Canon my image Garden - and right clicking a file the OCR on the drop-down is greyed out. What do I need to do.
