Try pressing the zoom+ button when you see a question mark instead of a photo.Should see photos when this is done. Works with cp910.

When question mark appears try pressing the zoom+ button. Now you can see your photos. Works for cp910.

By mistake I pressed the zoom plus button while the screen showed the question mark and my photo suddenly appeared! No logical reason why this happens but it works. Give it a try.
