MF726 CDW Scan issue?

The scanning software doesn't want to combine a multi page scan into 1 PDF. I am using the top tray (document feeder) and the option with the utility is set to combine into 1 PDF. Please advise. Model is MF726 CDW

Forgot to mention that I'm using the Presto! PageManager software that came with the unit.
