Canon printer mx 922 stopped working, messge shows the type of print head is incorrect. Install correct printhead. How to troubleshoot this problem.

Your support group is asking ridiculous $ 150.00 to solve this problem. The printer is only 1.5 yearsn old, currently this printer is available for99 dollars. Cann you help me out for free.
