Installed El Capitan OSX 10.11.1 for Mac and MP990 scanner stopped working. Printer still works.

Installed El Capitan OSX 10.11.1 for Mac and MP990 scanner stopped working - Image Capture opens up when Scan button is pressed, but it says "No Camera or Scanner Detected".Printer still works fine.Is there an updated driver I need to install?
