Can't print labels

Hi - my Pixma 5550 (5500?) will not print address labels. I have tried the suggested fix on a previous thread without success. Any suggestions please.

I am unable to print labels on my MG5550. I have tried turning off the 'detect paper width' as discussed in online forum but without success. help please.
