As I said before, if MF Toolbox does not work after Windows 10 1511 update, that's how i solved the problem after few hours of frustration.

I had Windows 10 installed and everything was working properly until Windows 10 update 1511 took place couple days ago.  The scanning function did not work anymore after MF Toolbox was update to 4.9.1.1.I uninstaledl both Canon driviers and MF Toolbo...
