Once in a while (I think after a prolonged period of time) my MG5620 printer goes offline till I press the Home button, then it goes back online. Is there a fix to keep it awake for print jobs? I'm running windows 10.
I checked that a while ago. I still have problems. I am considering using an older driver. I found out through an event viewer that in the middle of December, I started to have problems because of an updated driver.
Nope. They just told me to unplug the unit for 10 minutes and try again. This (I think standard answer) did not do anything. I have a feeling an updated driver is causing the problem, because it used to work properly.
